SUMMARY:National Junior Tennis and Learning - Girls Program
DESCRIPTION:​The USTA Foundation NJTL Essay Contest is held every year at National Junior Tennis and Learning Campuses across America and is open to students 18 and under who have participated in NJTL programming. \nThe NJTL Girls Program is a pilot program we are running in conjunction with USTA to help keep girls in sports. This 6 week class will take a dive into the obstacles that female\, teenage athletes face and how to be better prepared to handle them. We are holding the program on Fridays in the classroom at Leftwich from 5-6pm and the girls will have indoor court time afterwards. \nMarissa Kovach is leading the program. \nmkovach@tennismemphis.org
