
Tennis is for everyone!
Play tennis, Memphis! On Saturday, Aug. 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., come out to your neighborhood public tennis center for FREE tennis clinics, games, exhibitions and more on newly renovated courts! Whether you’ve never played tennis or are an advanced player, there’s something for everyone, including food trucks, music and giveaways. The City of Memphis’ Division of Housing and Community Development is a partner of the event.

What: Play Tennis, Memphis! Family Play Day
When: Saturday, Aug. 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Leftwich, Wolbrecht, Raleigh, Eldon Roark and Frayser tennis centers
Why: Share the sport of tennis with as many people as possible, regardless of age, race, gender, socioeconomic status or skill level

Pre-registration for certain activities is encouraged before Aug. 3, but not required. Walk-ups are welcome for any event being held throughout the day. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Racquets are not required.
