Tennis Memphis shall emphasize privacy of nonpublic information as a top priority. TM is committed to responsible management, security and application of nonpublic personal information, gathered from individuals whom we serve through our programs and services. This privacy document explains our practices and policies in handling nonpublic personal information and describes our commitment to protecting information provided to us through the management and administration of our programs and services to the community. This privacy policy applies to all employees, participants and business partners affiliated with Tennis Memphis.

Information We Collect

TM will collect and use information we believe is essential in carrying out services and administering our programs. This information may include identifying information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and other personal information such as health and employment history, income, assets, or employment status, and possibly information about family or family income. We may also collect information regarding insurance coverage, balances, premiums and prior transactions. Additionally, we may need to verify or obtain information about specific individuals during the course of normal business relationships. We may also contact external sources such as consumer reporting agencies, medical providers, insurance support agencies, government reporting agencies and other third party sources as may be required.

How We Utilize Information

TM employs three types of Utilization:
  1. Information may be shared with insurance companies that underwrite our various benefit programs.
  2. Information individuals may request be provided to a third party in instances such as employment or income verification.
  3. Information requested and/or required by non-affiliated third parties under penalty of law.
TM does not disclose any personal, nonpublic information under any circumstance without the knowledge and permission of the individual or individuals involved. In instances where we may use information in order to develop or offer new programs, benefits or services permission is assumed. Under no circumstances will TM disclose personal information for exploratory purposes such as described above.
