Senior Tennis Meetup – Player Guidelines

Arrive, choose a partner, and have a great time. Keep it friendly. Keep the ball moving. We play
doubles and mixed doubles on indoor courts. Register online or drop in.
Bring: your own racquet and balls.

Court fee: $5 per player.

How it works
Show up a few minutes early. Say hello. Form a court of four. Play, mix, and switch partners as
you like. Laughter and good sportsmanship are the only must-haves.

Rules of Play
● Play mini-sets to 4 games (no-ad scoring). Rotate after each mini-set to allow new
groups to form quickly.
● Winners can stay on the court for one more set; other players rotate to the next court.
● Mix partners each round to keep it social and balanced.
● Keep warm-ups brief, 15 minutes or less, so everyone gets more playing time.
Connecting Groups
● Use a simple rotation: after a mini-set, two players step off and two fresh players step in.
● If courts are full, create a “waiting bench” and rotate in the next two.
● Encourage mixing by pairing up with someone you haven’t played with yet that day.
